What’s the 2nd Step: Finding your dream home.
Once you are pre-qualified in our lease option program, you can choose any houses we have available. Keep in mind that we purchase 4-5 houses every month so if you don't like what currrently have, there's always new houses coming in our inventory.

There is no Money Down to Move in to these properties. No Security Deposits – Just Pay the 1st Month’s Rent.
How Does our Lease Option Program Works?
We specialized in working with clients that can’t qualify to “purchase a house” right now due to some credit issues or they need time to save up money for the down payment.
Once we approved you in our lease option program and identify a house that you like, you can move in to the property right away.
You will sign a 6 months Residential Lease Agreement and 6 months Option to Purchase.
Once you move in to the property, Dometri Companies (preferred Credit Repair Company) will be working with you in getting your credit repaired.
Once credit is ready for the actual financing, Arizona Whole Mortgage (our preferred Mortgage Company) will help you in getting qualified and approved for financing on the property.
This process will happen in 6 months, from start to finish.
There is a PENALTY if you DON’T go through the purchase of the property. DO NOT LEASE OPTION A PROPERTY THAT YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF BUYING.
How Do you Know if you Will Qualify?
When we go through the pre-approval, we are basically setting you up for financing – so we ask all of the general questions as if you were to apply for a mortgage, BUT BETTER – because we will help you fix all of the things that are stopping you from buying now.
Here are the 2 areas that we look for to pre-approve you for our Program:
You’re Application:
Employment – We check to make sure you have stable and secure employment history for the past 1-2 years
Income and Debt– We check to make sure that you make enough income to purchase one of our agents homes (typically $2500 a month)
Your Credit Report:
